This chat was originally
set up for just Wednesday night and Saturday
afternoon.
Now it is going strong every single night of the week and you can
find many of us
die hards there everynight.
Like the Akita E-Mail list, topics vary widely and but are not always about Akitas.
It is a place to
go to relax and talk about anything you can think of from Akitas to who's
been up to
what lately. Its

Software you will need to join us!
I suggest using mIRC as its easy
to set up and use. If you all ready have a
IRC program, skip this section.
Go to: http://www-2.nijenrode.nl/software/mirc/get.html
and down load
mIRC and follow the instructions
to set it up.
Now that you have it set up follow these simple instructions:
1. Fill in Entries for Real Name - Your Real Name.... i.e. Dee Ayres
2. Nick Name -
Your Chat Call Name i.e. Ladyfish (which is my online nick)
Alternative Nick Name - In case your first choice is taken
3. Select any entry which has StarLink: - preferably USA
4. Click on Connect
5. Type in /Join #AkitaL
6. Click "Join"
You should see a window come up
which has #AkitaL on the top
